Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1onion (diced)
  3. 2 (14 1/2 oz)cans of chopped tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cancorn, drained
  5. 1/2 cuppasta (something like macaroni or penne)
  6. 1/2 cupshredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan, cook the meat until browned and onion until translucent. Drain the fat.

    Add the tomatoes, tomato juice, and pasta to the meat with 1/2 cup water.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
