  1. 1 bagtortilla chips or corn nachos
  2. Salsa:
  3. 1large can Mexican salsa
  4. 3pickled jalapeños, chopped, stems removed
  5. 2tomatoes, chopped, stems removed
  6. 1small onion, peeled, with stem
  7. 1 cuppineapple juice
  8. Handfulchopped cilantro
  9. Splasholive oil
  10. Splashbeer
  11. Salt to taste
