Ingredients

  • 1 bagtortilla chips or corn nachos
  • Salsa:
  • 1large can Mexican salsa
  • 3pickled jalapeños, chopped, stems removed
  • 2tomatoes, chopped, stems removed
  • 1small onion, peeled, with stem
  • 1 cuppineapple juice
  • Handfulchopped cilantro
  • Splasholive oil
  • Splashbeer
  • Salt to taste

    First, prepare the salsa in a glass bowl by gently mixing all the ingredients together, being careful not to crush them.

  2. 2

    Once marinated or rested, place some tortilla chips or nachos on a flat plate and drizzle with the drunken salsa. Serve immediately to prevent them from getting soggy. Alternatively, serve the salsa in bowls and the chips on plates, allowing each guest to serve themselves.
