Cake Salé: Bacon & Spinach

This is more cake-like cake salé. You can change/add ingredients as you like (ex. bacon -> ham, salmon, tuna, or sausage; carrot and spinach -> olive, potato, corn etc). For grated cheese, the best choice is gruyere or emmental if possible.

Sautéed Spinach with Bacon and Eggs Sautéed Spinach with Bacon and Eggs
I know that you often see this combination of ingredients, but I've been making this for breakfast since it's so nutritious and easy. It became even more delicious with grated cheese and has become our regular menu.* This recipe uses boiled spinach. If you cook the spinach beforehand (and freeze it), you can make this even busy mornings.* You can substitute ham or wiener sausages for bacon, and komatsuna for spinach.* Adjust the amount of grated cheese to your liking. Add lots if you really like. It'll add fragrance, but will make it more fattening. For 1-2 servings. Recipe by rose12 cookpad.japan -

Simple, 100% Homemade Spinach Quiche Simple, 100% Homemade Spinach Quiche
I wanted to eat the standard quiche with spinach and bacon chunks. If it seems like the quiche is going to burn while baking, cover with aluminium foil.If you decide to use only 30 ml of the olive oil, use 50 ml of milk.Take care that the milk and heavy cream (marked with ) together make 150 ml. If you use lots of heavy cream, it will make a bit of a richer flavor. Recipe by moto825 cookpad.japan -

Edamame, Bacon, and Potato Cake Sale Edamame, Bacon, and Potato Cake Sale
I had bought some frozen edamame to use as fillers for bentos, but had a lot left over and I wanted to use them up. My daughter doesn't really eat plain edamame, so I combined them with cheese and bacon for her.The flavor of the olive oil really stands out, so if you use a low grade oil, it won't taste so good. Use whatever olive oil you like best.I prefer "Dante" brand oilive oil. Recipe by Makikukeko cookpad.japan -
Bacon and Cheese Muffins Bacon and Cheese Muffins
I added ingredients to Ms. Shoko Murakami's "Fluffy Muffin" recipe. There is also a recipe for "Cheese Muffins" which adds pizza cheese to the same recipe. My family loves cheese, so I scattered it in the batter. The ingredients contain a lot of salt, so the salt from the original recipe is omitted.Don't over-mix the batter! This is the secret for nice fluffy muffins. If you mix too much, the muffins will not rise well and will become heavy. If you chop the cheese into irregular sizes, you will get both firm and melted pieces in the finished muffins, making them fun to eat.You can use ham instead of bacon, but bacon smells good! Bacon and Spinach Quiche Bacon and Spinach Quiche
I wanted to serve something like this for brunch. I made mine easily with frozen puff pastry. It's easier if you bake the puff pastry on the day before making the quiche. I recommend using a chunk of cheese; preferably parmigiano reggiano or comte! It really makes it different from when you use store-bought grated cheese or easy melting cheese.
