1 1/4 cupmaida (refined flour)
1 cupPowdered sugar
1 1/4 tspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
1/2oil/butter
1 1/4 tspVanilla essence
1/2 cupMilk
as neededFresh fruits chopped for decoration (kiwi, apple,etc.)
as neededChocolate chips
as neededWhipping cream

Sieve all dry ingredients.

Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients and fold slowly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 mins or until done.

Let it cool on wire rack at room temperature.

Whip the cream and coat the cake with cream.

Decorate with fruits and chips.
