Ingredients

30 mins
4 to 5 servings
  1. 24sev puri puris (flat puris)
  2. 1/2 cupmashed potato
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  4. 1/4 cupgreen chutney
  5. 1/2 cupdates and tamarind chutney
  6. 3/4 cupsev
  7. For Garnishing
  8. 4 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Arrange 6-7 puris and a serving plate.

  2. 2

    2. Top each puri with a little mashed potato and onion.

  3. 3

    3. Top this with 1 tsp dates and tamarind chutney and 1/2 tsp green chutney, few onions and little potato (again).

  4. 4

    4. Then put 1 1/2 tsp of sev over each puri

  5. 5

    5. Garnish with 1 tbsp of coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    6. Repeat the same steps to all the servings.

  7. 7

    7. Serve immediately!
