First soaked rice in the water keep aside for twenty minutes then blend

Add milk in the pan on the oven boil add milk powder before warming now keep stir after two minutes gap, now add ghee mix well stirring continuously up to boil became half of the total amount

Add rice puree keep stirring to avoid burning boil add saffron milk in the pan keep stir add sugar keep stir now add one tablespoon dry fruits mix well add cardamom powder mix well

When it becomes thick add to the serving bowl spread remaining dry fruits delicious rice kheer is ready to serve.
