Potato pumpkin sabji and barley bedmi puri

For puries: In a large bowl add all above ingredients expect oil for deep frying add little water and make a slightly firm dough.

Next make lemon size balls of the dough and roll out puries.

Heat oil in a wok on high flame once oil is hot, reduce flame to medium-high and fry puries.
Ready.

For Sabji:Heat oil in a cooker Add rai,jeera,dana meethi,ajwain and let it crackle.

Now add curry leaves, hingh mix stir a while.

Now add tomato,ginger,green chilli,potato,pumpkin,spices and mix well.

Next put 2-3 cup water and cover the lid and let it cook for 2 whistle.

Once the steamed release open the cooker add chopped coriander serve with bedmi puries.
