Soak the Dal rice methi for 4hours.add salt mix it.

Drain and blend in mixter till Smooth paste..greased the moulds then pour a big spoon batter and steam it.

In a Small pan add 1tea spoon butter, pinch red chilli powder, podi masala hot a few seconds.pour this on thatte idly' top.serve hot
