Ingredients

  1. 2 litres milk
  2. 11/2sugar
  3. 4-5 spoonghee
  4. Dry fruits as you like

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk in a pan till it becomes 1/2

  2. 2

    Add sugar little little and slowly and store continuesly

  3. 3

    Then add the ghee in it keep the flame high and stire it

  4. 4

    It will be change the colour then add 1/2 lemon juice initn stire it till it becomes thick

  5. 5

    Oblast freeze the daba and put the barfi initafter 20 minutes inverte the daba in a big plate

  6. 6

    Garnish it with dryfruits ncut it in shape you like.
