Steps

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and saute till lightly browned.

Add onion and saute till translucent.

Add chicken and saute on high heat.

Add carrots and bell peppers and mix well.

Add salt, soya sauce and chicken stock. Mix well and simmer for 3mins.

Then add 2tspn cornflour,pepper powder and spring onions and mix well.

Then switch off the flame. Serve hot garnished with parmesan cheese powder.
