A refreshing drink that you can easily make and enjoy with your family and guests. Perfect for a kids' party or even a baptism. Mine turned out orange-pink... not sure if it was because the strawberries were frozen. But the taste is unbeatable!!

For the homemade strawberry lemonade, put the sugar, strawberries, and one cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir to dissolve the sugar and mash the strawberries with a spoon. Let it cool.

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the strawberry seeds.

Combine the cold strawberry syrup, lemon juice, and soda in a pitcher. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour in the pink lemonade, adding lemon slices.
