Ingredients

1 Hour
20 - 22 Wings
  • 500 gChicken Wings
  • 5 ClovesGarlic
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Chicken Marinade :
  • 1 TbspGochugaru (Korean Hot Pepper Flakes)
  • 1 1/2 TbspLight Soysauce
  • 4 TbspCornstarch
  • 1Medium Size Egg
  • Pre-Mix Sauce :
  • 150 mlWater
  • 2 TbspLight Brown Sugar
  • 2 TbspGochugaru (Korean Hot Pepper Flakes)
  • 1 TbspGochujang (korean Hot Pepper Paste)
  • 2 TbspRice Syrup / You Can Use Honey
  • 1/4 TspSalt

    Marinade the Wings With Gochugaru, Light Soysauce, Cornstarch & Egg. Put on the Fridge For About 30 Min - 1 Hour.

  3. 3

    Mix the Pre-Mix Sauce & Mix Well, Make Sure The Sugar is Dissolved in the Sauce.

  4. 4

    Heat Oil For Deep Frying the Wings. Fry the Wings Until Crispy & Golden Brown. Then Drain the Excess Oil As Much As Possible. Then Minced the Garlic For Next Steps.

  5. 5

    Prepare 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil in Sauce Pan, & Sautee the Minced Garlic Until Fragrant, Then Pour the Pre-Mix Sauce & Bring it to a Simmer. Reduce the Water a Little Bit Until The Sauce is Thicken.

  6. 6

    Pour the Sauce Over the Top of the Chicken Wings & Toss Them Until All Wings Are Evenly Coated With the Sauce. Then, Sprinkle Sesame Seeds.
