First soak the tamarind in enough hot water for ten mins. Do not put too much water, the boiling time will be longer then. After extracting the pulp,transfer to a kadhai and add salt jaggery,and all the powders and peanuts and boil for while.

Boil till we get a thick paste.Now lastly temper it with gingelly oil.Add mustard seeds bengal gram urad daal,red chilli, curry pata and hing to the oil. You can store this mixture for 2 months in the fridge

Mix two teaspoon of this mixture in one cup of cooked rice and serve hot.
