First soak dal and rice both separately for 5 hours then minutes before grinding soak poha. Now time to grind, first grind urad dal to fine paste with salt then grind the rice and poha to fine paste with salt. Not mix the two that is daal and rice and ferment it over night or for 8 hours.

Heat a dosa tawa and spread the batter and spread oil and cook on both sides. Serve with Sambar.

First Cook the toor dal and keep aside. Now boil tamarind water
(lemon size tamarind extract) with yellow pumpkin with sambar powder salt hing for 5 minutes then add the cooked dal(should be mashed well) to it and simmer for 3 mins. To this add tadka of mustard seeds,methi and curry pata. - 4
Note Urad dal in dosa will help the dosa not to stick to tawa.
