Soak the soya chaap in water and boil for 5-7 minutes then wash it well under water and finally squeeze out the water.

Pull out the soya sticks and chaap each chop into 3-4 pieces.

In a bowl, add yogurt and all the ingredients and Malai. Whisk until they combine well.

Add the soya chaap pieces and mix well. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the soya chap pieces. Mix well and cover with a lid. Cook until the gravy thickness, stirring in between.

Roast the soya chaap until it is a light golden colour.

Add the Malai and stir cook for few minutes.

Then serve with roti, paratha or naan.
