Italian meatballs with spaghetti

Meatballs - combine beef mince, processed onion, bread crumbs and olives, egg, oregano, mixed herbs, wortishire sauce, kepschup, salt and pepper and roll into balls.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat. Add meat balls. Cook turning for 5 mins or until brown all over. Transfer on to a plate.

Add more oil to pan. Add the onion, garlic and chilli. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until onion softens.. Add the canned tomatoes and tomato pasta sauce and cook to a medium bubbling state. Add a splash of red wine and 1/4 cup of beef stock/broth.

Add the meat balls to the sauce and cook until heated through.

Cook spaghetti, add a little salt and olive oil whilst cooking.

Once the spaghetti it cooked, drain and then add a drizzle of olive oil on top of it and stir through it.

Plate up spaghetti. Add meat balls and sauce to your liking and then add grated paramzen or tasty cheese on top.
