Cut carrots,spring onion,green pepper,onion,liver,green beans rinse green peas.boil chicken season with onion,salt,stock cubes.fry the chicken in veg oil.

Drain liquid from the sweet corn.keep aside.Parboil the rice and rinse boil with the chicken stock add thyme,salt and curry.then heat up vegetable oil pour onions and the parboiled rice stir in with vegetables,sweet corn and stir for five minutes
