Wash and strain the green peas. Coarsely grind the green peas. Transfer to a bowl.
Make the bread crumbs as well. - 2
Take a bowl, add ground green peas, grated boiled potato, bread crumbs, onion, finely chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, dry mango powder, grated ginger, garam masala. Mix well.

Add salt and black pepper powder to the mixture. Mix well.
Make small round shape tikkis out the mixture.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. - 4
Shallow fry the tikkis on a medium-low flame. Once it turn nice golden brown from one side then flip it and cook from another side.
When cooked take them out an a plate. - 5
Garnish it with tomato ketchup.
Yummy 'Matar Tikki | Green Peas Tikki' is ready to be served.
