  1. 200 GramsMatar/Green Peas
  2. 2Potatoes medium sized boiled
  3. 2Onions medium sized Bread
  4. As neededBread crumbs
  5. Somefinely chopped Coriander leaves
  6. 2-3 Green chillies
  7. 1/2 inchGinger grated
  8. 1/2 TeaspoonAmchur/Dry Mango Powder
  9. 1/2 TeaspoonRed Chilli powder
  10. 1/2 TeaspoonGaram Masala/All spice Mix
  11. to tasteBlack Pepper Powder
  12. As neededSalt
  13. As requiredOil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and strain the green peas. Coarsely grind the green peas. Transfer to a bowl.
    Make the bread crumbs as well.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl, add ground green peas, grated boiled potato, bread crumbs, onion, finely chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, dry mango powder, grated ginger, garam masala. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt and black pepper powder to the mixture. Mix well.
    Make small round shape tikkis out the mixture.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.

  4. 4

    Shallow fry the tikkis on a medium-low flame. Once it turn nice golden brown from one side then flip it and cook from another side.
    When cooked take them out an a plate.

    Garnish it with tomato ketchup.
