This is a Naga style hot and spicy chutney made with Naga king chilli, Bombay Duck dry fish and tomatoes.

In a microwave safe bowl add the tomatoes, Raja Mircha and microwave for about 2 mins.

Meanwhile roast the bomday duck dry fish over the heat.

Now mash the tomatoes and Raja Mircha along with salt.
- 4
Shred the dry fish and add them into tue mashed tomato chilli mixture.
- 5
Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and serve.
