Don't mind d look of my samosa n don't laugh😂😂🤣🤣, it's my first time of making it. it was so sweet😋😋.I woke up by 10pm last nite n said I must eat samosa I don't have corn flour, groundnut oil, i decided 2 use the dough method. The thing fear me but when I tasted it d thing was😋😋😋

Ingredients

  1. Flour
  2. Water
  3. Salt
  4. Minced meat
  5. Onions
  6. Pepper
  7. Maggi
  8. Seasoning
  9. Black pepper
  10. Curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour ur flour in a bowl after serving it

  2. 2

    Put small salt, add water nd knead 2 make a soft dough

  3. 3

    Cover 4 like 30 minutes

  4. 4

    In a frying pan put small oil, pour ur Onion,followed by pepper, allow 2 fry a bit

  5. 5

    Add ur minced meat, keep stirring, put ur ginger n garlic, seasoning, Maggie, continue starring till it's ok

  6. 6

    Cut ur dough in small balls and knead it flat, put small oil on each nd sprinkle flour,then put ol d dough together,

  7. 7

    Put ur frying pan on fire, make it low heat then put ur dough on it and b pressing d top,press d other side n repeat same thing

  8. 8

    Drop nd leave 2 cool small then knead it again with rolling pin, then u can separate them. Make sure it's round

  9. 9

    U can now fold ur samosa nd put ur fillings, then fry on low heat.
