Wash chicken and spice inside the pot and heat on gas.cover the pot.

Then Smash your tomatoes and pepper down. Then check if chicken is cooked and pour a little Palm oil with stock fish and cover.

In 5mins, put your Smashed tomatoes and pepper and cover again. In about 5mins, put the okro,I 2mins, put off heat and ooops, ready to eat.
