Wash and chop the ingredients separately.

Boil the green beans together with the carrot until tender.

On a pan, Add oil and a pinch of tumeric.stir until they have mixed.Add the onions and let it cook till golden brown. Then add garlic.

On low heat, add tomatoes, capsicum, zucchini let them cook till tender then add green pepper.

Add green beans and let it simmer for a few minutes then add salt to taste.

Serve it with rice,French fries a side with greens or kachumbari.
