Ingredients

10 minutes
4 to 5 servings
  1. Chicken strips:
  2. 4 sliceschicken fillets
  3. Pinchmachachos spice
  4. PinchAromat
  5. 1 squeeze (15ml-30ml)lemon juice
  6. 1egg
  7. Halfcup milk/buttermilk
  8. Coating:
  9. As neededHinds southern coating (mild)
  10. 1/2 cupflour
  11. 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  12. Pinchcajun spice
  13. Pinchgreen masala (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the fillets in all the spices (machachos spice and Aromat), lemon, egg and milk. Keep in fridge overnight or for a few hours.

    Mix coating ingredients (Hinds southern coating (mild), flour, breadcrumbs, Cajun spice and green masala) in a bowl. Dip chicken in the coating and fry on medium heat till done.

    Can be baked on 180°C for 15-20 minutes with a slight drizzle of oil

    Spices can be adjusted according to own preference.

    Sauces can be added to Marinade instead of the egg. Serve with sides of your choice...this makes a quick easy finger snack.
    Adjust spices as desired...perfect for wraps and burgers as well. Enjoy 🌹
