  • Egusi
  • Crayfish
  • Dryfish
  • Stockfish
  • Fresh pepper
  • Maggie
  • Red oil
  • Periwinkles
  • Onions
  • Kpomo
  • Meat goat(to get the best taste) optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the meat, kpomo,stockfish and dryfish into an empty pot

    Don't add any extra water put the pot on fire, cover to boil till meat and stockfish tender

    Wash,cut and steam the water leaf in an empty pot to dry the water

  4. 4

    Add egusi into the meat stocks on fire with the already waterleaf

    Add red oil leave it for 5minutes

  6. 6

    Cut your periwinkle by the tail, wash thoroughly till the water is clean

    Wash it for the last time into the pot on fire and leave it for 10minutes

    Put the crayfish blended stir

  9. 9

    Lastly the aditan leaf cut,wash and steam it for 5minutes

  10. 10

    Wash the leaf until no is no more drawing like ogbonor,then put into the pot on fire and leave it for 5minutes stir ready for eating with any food
