In a bowl add, add washed and mashed paneer,chopped palak,ginger, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, besan, bread crumbs and garam masalas and salt, mix it well.
Prepare equal shaped mini balls (gooseberry size). - 2
Heat oil the oil in the pan deep fry all the mini balls golden brown.
Apply tomato ketchup in a bun and place the lettuce on it side by side arrange the carrot and place three or four fried mini palak balls on it. Repeat the same for the rest of sandwiches.
