Ingredients

15 minutes
3 peoples
  1. 2cup
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 5Elachi
  4. 1/2 cupgreen grapes
  5. 1/2 cupblack berry
  6. Few rose petals
  7. 5-6pista
  8. 1 table spoonSaunff toffee
  9. 2 tbsp sugar
  10. 5-6Saffron threads

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a bowl, put curd mix with water, add Elachi powder and sugar, now fully mix it.

    Now separate this solution into three parts, half of the the glass. This solution is keep into deep freezer upto one hour.

    Now grapes and black berry is grinded seperately and make thick solutions.

    After one hour, keep out curd solution from the freezer, than in one glass add black berry solution, in another one put green grapes solution and in last one simply add rose petal.

    Finally, garnish with chopped pista, kesar and saunff toffee and serve it.
