Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupsemolina
  3. 2 tspghee
  4. 1 tspAjwain
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. Refind oil for fry
  7. Luck warm water as required

    Flour, semolina,salt, Ajwain ghee mix well.add water make a dough.

  2. 2

    Make small balls..roll with rolling pin.make a chapati.

  3. 3

    Cut.. desire shape.Heat oil and fry..
