Ingredients

  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupsemolina
  • 2 tspghee
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Refind oil for fry
  • Luck warm water as required

Steps

    Flour, semolina,salt, Ajwain ghee mix well.add water make a dough.

  2. 2

    Make small balls..roll with rolling pin.make a chapati.

    Cut.. desire shape.Heat oil and fry..
