In a mixing bowl take rawa and all purpose flour add 1/2 cup ghee and mix well

Add 1/2 tspn salt and make a semi tight Dough

Keep dough for some time

After sometime again knead dough by taking oil in hands

Cut an apple size ball from dough and make it's big roti
- 6
In a bowl take 2 spoons ghee 1 spoon rawa,1 spoon Maida and mix it this paste to apply in that big roti

Roll this roti and cut it in 2 inches sizes pieces

Press these pieces by hand and press rolling pin vertically and make khaja shape

Make all khaja in this way

Heat ghee or oil in a kadhai and deep fry all khajas

In a pan add 2 cups sugar 1 cup water, 1 tspn kesar and make one thread sugar syrup

After deep fry dip all khajas in syrup and undip immediately

Crispy khajas are ready
