Tomato quinoa for babies & adults

Dice/chop veg

Cook veg with dash of oil so it doesn’t stick to the pan

Once veg is soft add chopped tomatoes and water - cook until veg is very soft

Blend sauce until smooth
- 5
Cook quinoa in sauce. Add water & herbs. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook until quinoa has popped into spirals and is soft
- 6
Taste to see if more herbs are needed - for adults we usually cook until it’s drier but to help babies eat this, I’ve cooked this so it’s quite wet.
