A regular snack I eat almost every day...it's delicious

Ingredients

  1. Flour
  2. Seasoning
  3. Ground Scotch bonnet
  4. Chopped onion
  5. Water
  6. Palm oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl of flour,add some water and mix using a whisker to avoid lumps. The mixture should be a bit watery.

  2. 2

    Add some ground Scotch bonnet,chopped onion, seasoning to taste and mix.

  3. 3

    Heat a little palm oil in a pan and pour some batter and let it fry.

  4. 4

    Turn the other also and let it fry. Serve with dried seasoned pepper.
