Firstly grind the sabudana and samak.then transfer it in a big bowl.afterthat add one chopped carrot and one chopped green chilli.

Now add rock salt in it.add water in it.mix it very well.and keep aside for 1hour.cover it with plate.

Now take 1tbsp ghee in a wok and heat the wok.add cumin seeds. Spiluter it.after that add green chilli.

Afterthat add carrot,saute for 1 minute.then add tomato stir it.add salt and black pepper.now mix it.

Add mashed potatoes and saute for 2 minutes. mix it very well.If u have coriander leaves then sprinkle on it.now your stuffing is ready.

Now take batter.heat the nonstick tawa.pour some mixture in round shape on the tawa.add some ghee or oil.cook it from back side.now fill the stuffing.roll it like dosa.serve with green chutney.
