Ingredients

Makes 10 rolls
  1. 2 cupschopped soft seedless khajoor
  2. 1/4 cupfinely chopped dried anjeer
  3. 3/4 cupfinely chopped & roasted mixed nuts (cashews, almonds)
  4. 2 tbspraisins
  5. 1 tbsp+1 tsp For cooking and ghee for greasing hands

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Heat ghee on medium flame in a non stick pan, add the finely chopped anjeer and cook for 3-4 minutes, once the anjeer are soft, add khajoor and cook for 5-6 minutes till the khajoor are soft, by continously stirring and pressing the mixture with the back of the spoon.

  2. 2

    2. Add the roasted finely chopped dry fruits & raisins to the mixture and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes till it becomes a lump mixture.

    3. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Remove from flame and keep aside to cool.
    Do not cool the mixture completely, keep the mixture warm.

  5. 5

    Grease hands with ghee and start making ladoo sized balls from the prepared warm mixture and roll in toasted sesame seeds.

  6. 6

    Keep aside to cool and serve them.

  7. 7

    This ladoos stay fresh outside the fridge for 1 week and you can store this ladoos in the fridge for 15 days
