Steps

In mixer grind the dalia, oats into a fine powder.

Transfer into a big bowl. Add nuts powder, powdered sugar and mix well.

Melt ghee in a sauce pan and turn off the flame.

Add the saffron, melted hot ghee little by little to the dalia mixture and mix them well with a laddle.

After add all the ghee use your hand and combine them inform a dough.

Now you can shape as a Pindi ya as you like.

Garnish with nuts or varak. Store it in a airtight container and enjoy them for a week.
