Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar, oil then eggs

Add all remaining ingredients (flour, grated carrot, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon spice, ginger spice, coriander ground spice)

Scoop the mixture into cup cakes papers inside the tray.and sprinkle sesame seeds
- 4
And bake for 20-25min at 180'C
