Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh curd
  • 10-12mint leaves
  • 10-15curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbsroasted pisa jeera / crushed cumin
  • 1chooped green chilli
  • 1/4 tbsginger paste
  • 1/4 tbsmustard seeds
  • 1/4 tbsjeera / cumin
  • 1/4 tbsghee
  • 1/2 glasswater chilled water
  • Pinchhing / asafoetida
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take fresh curd in mixer.

  2. 2

    Make a tempering of ghee, hing, jeera,mustard seeds and kadhi leaves

    Add mint leaves,chopped chilli, ginger paste,jeera,salt and tempering to curd.mint gives a very refreshing taste to drink

    Blend it nicely.so that foams comes up.add chilled water to adjust the consistency.

  5. 5

    Pour it in serving glass and serve chilled masala,chhach.
