Ingredients

  1. 4bitter gourd
  2. 2large boil potatos
  3. Mash potatos
  4. 1 cupoil
  5. 1small onion slice
  6. Musturd seads half tea spoon
  7. Zeera seads half tea spoon
  8. Haldi half tea spoon
  9. Chilly powder half tea spoon
  10. Chilli flakes half tea spoon
  11. to tasteSalt according taste
  12. 4-5green chillies
  13. Dhaniya leaves half cup

Cooking Instructions

    Method. Clean the bitter gourd on top make a slit in between and remove seads. Put one tea spoon salt and half lemon juice and keep a side for one hour. Heat the pan add one tea spoon oil when oil hot add zeera and musturd seads add onion and fry. Put quater tea spoon safrron salt put of the flame add potatos green chillis and half mint leaves mix well. Now wash bitter gourd. Fill with potato mix n fry prepare gray with popato and add bitter groud garnish with dhaniya leaves.
