Then take jaggery mixed it with required amount of water which would like a string (pagu).with this grinded coconut is mixed with pagu

Mixture of rice flour is make like this and then jaggery coconut (poornam) is kept inside the rice ball and rolled it like shapes as you like and steamed it in idly pot. now modhakam is ready..
