After delivery i had low haemoglobin and was adviced high iron diet. Instead of having medicines i choose for healthy diet. I cooked spinach and oats with some twists and made them tasty too. Try this iron rich spinach oats and i bet you will love them.

After delivery i had low haemoglobin and was adviced high iron diet. Instead of having medicines i choose for healthy diet. I cooked spinach and oats with some twists and made them tasty too. Try this iron rich spinach oats and i bet you will love them.

Put oil in a pan to heat. Add Jeera and let them crackle. Add sliced green chilli, ginger and garlic. Cook till ginger and garlic gives golden brown colour. Add peanuts amd green peas and sauté for 1 minute.

Add green,red and yellow bell peppers, sliced onions and spinach to the pan. Cook till onions are golden brown. Add sliced tomatoes, turmeric, salt and red chilli powder. Fry till tomatoes are soft. Add rolled oats and saute for 5 minutes.

Add water and stir to mix. Add chopped mint and coriander. Mix well and add garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes at low heat with lid on. Turn the heat off and serve hot. Garnish with chopped coriander.
