Steps

Take the Patra Leaves and nicely wash them.Then dry these leaves.Remove all the veins from these leaves.

Now take Chana Flour and add rice flour,salt,red chilli powder,Dhaniya powder,ginger chilli garlic paste,1 tbsp Oil and tamarind water,3 tbsp Chopped Coriander and mix all these ingredients.

Add a little water and make a medium thick batter.

Now spread this batter over the leaves.Place another leaf and spread batter.Repeat the same for 3-5 leaves.

Now roll them tightly.Place batter on both ends of the roll.Repeat for all leaves and steam for 10 minutes.

Once they are cool cut them into small pieces.

Heat 2 tbsp Oil and add to it Mustard Seeds,sesame seeds,Hing and dry red chillies with grated coconut.Add the Patras and then toss it and cook for 2-5 minutes till crispy.
