Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated lauki
  2. 1 cuprolled oats
  3. 1 tspcoriander powder
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1green chilli finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds powder
  8. 2 tbspgreen coriander leaves
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. As requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a plate add 1 cup grated lauki, oats, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, green coriander Leaves, mix all well togather.

    Place a small bowl in between the mixture, and place leave charcoal in it add 1 tsp ghee, cover the mixture with big utensil so all the smoke captured by the mixture, keep it like this for 5 min

    After 5 min remove the cover, and mix the mixture well, and make small small patties out of this mixture

    Heat a non stick tava on medium flame, place the kabab that we have made, add 1 tsp oil, roast them till it become golden brown on both sides.

    Your oats lauki kabab is ready to eat, serve with lachcha onions and tomatoes, with your favourite chutney
