Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgmince of beef/mutton/chicken
  • 2 tbspred chili pwd,2 tbsn meat masala,2 tbsn ginger
  • Garlic n chilli paste,1 cup spring onions,1 small tomato
  • Ripe but seeds removed,2 eggs fried (soft)1 small onion chopped,
  • 1/2 cupcoriander,2 to 3 green chillies (acc to u)2 tsp zeera
  • packet(Cumin)1tsp salt.1 shan CHAPLI KEBABS
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp (optional)
  • Maize flour 2tsp (optional)

    Take beef mince add ginger,garlic,red chilli pwd.meat masala pwd.then add chopped tomato/onion/spring onion/coriander leaves/cumin n green chillies mix

    Now add red chilli flakes(optional)half packet of shan CHAPLI masala n 2 tbsp maize flour(optional)mix well

    Now make CHAPLI KEBABS shape.shallow fry them.serve hot with naan/khubus.
