Ingredients

1 hour
7 to 8 persons
  • 2 litremilk
  • 1/4 packetvermicelli
  • 3/4 cupsugar (as per your taste)
  • 2 tbspcoconut powder
  • 1 tspIlaichi powder
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • Almonds (as per requirement)
  • Pistachios (as per requirement)
  • Raisins (as per requirement)

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan, add vermicelli, Bhoonify it till it gets brown then add milk and ilaichi powder.

  2. 2

    Cook for 5 mins then add sugar and cook again for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Add coconut powder and all dry fruits.

  4. 4

    Then put it on low flame for 45-50 minutes.
