Ingredients

  • 6tacos
  • 2 tbspchopped Capsicum
  • 2 tablespoonschopped carrot
  • 2 tablespoonscottage cheese
  • pinchcinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • as requiredSalt accordingly
  • 1 spoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoonschopped cauliflower
  • 2 tbspchopped onion
  • 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise

    Take oil in a Kadhai fry all Chopped veggies. After 5 minutes of trying add salt,haldi and red chilli powder. Add cottage cheese and cinnamon powder, mix everything very well and keep it aside. Add mayonnaise 5 tablespoons in fried vegetables. Then Fill the tacos.
