  • Fried fish
  • Onion
  • Potash
  • Palmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and cut the garden egg leaves and onion.

  2. 2

    Rinse the abacha and ugba in warm water.

  3. 3

    Drop the potash in a teaspoon of water,drain the liquid,pour into the palmoil and turn add salt,pepper and abacha and ugba.

  4. 4

    Serve with the fried fish.
