Ingredients

  • Packetpuff pastry
  • 2 Packetscrescenza cheese
  • A fewasparagus tips
  • Halfa pepper
  • Halfa courgette
  • Chives
  • Egg to glaze

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop some chives and mix with the cheese. Wash, dry and slice veg al Julienne

  2. 2

    Cut pastry into squares. Add some cheese in the middle

    Add veg on top

    Fold two corners over. Trim pastry a little bit if necessary. Glaze with beaten egg

    Bake at 200 for about 15-20 mins until golden brown :)
