Ingredients

10 to 15 mins
  • 1 kgblack pomfret
  • 3tbsn red chilli pwd,1 tbsn turmeric,1tsp garam masala
  • 3tbsn ginger garlic n chilli paste (mix)
  • 1tbsn coriander powder
  • 1 tbspsalt and half lemon

10 to 15 mins
  1. 1

    Mix the above masala add half lemon.wash n dry ur fish.now apply this masala to ur fish.

    Now shallow fry on medium heat.cook each side 5 mins or according to the fish size of strip u choose if thick at least 10 mins each side. Serve hot with some salad n lemon slices.enjoy😊
