Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1onion, diced
  3. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  4. 1 cupvodka
  5. 2 (28 ounce)cans crushed tomatoes 1/2 tsp basil Dash of sugar
  6. 1 pintheavy cream
  7. 1/2 cupParmesan cheese
  8. 1/2 tspbasil
  9. to tasteSalt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in butter until slightly brown and soft. Pour in vodka and let cook for 10 minutes. Mix in basil, sugar, cheese & crushed tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 30 minutes
