Pork in a Marsala sauce
Cooking Instructions

Wash and dry the meat Sprinkle with flour and shake of excess. Get Marsala ready (sneak a sip too!)

Melt butter in a little oil in a large pan
- 3
Brown off the meat on both sides on medium heat - about 2 mins each side. Add Marsala and let it evaporate
- 4
Add stock, salt and cook on medium heat still, for another 2-3 mins or until cooked
- 5
Remove meat to a plate. Keep warm. Turn up the heat to reduce the sauce for about 1-2 mins
- 6
Serve the meat with your delicious sauce and veg of your choice :)
