  1. 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 1/2 cupMango pulp
  4. 1 tbspClarified butter
  5. Forsyrup:
  6. As requiredClarified butter - for frying
  7. 1 cupSugar
  8. 1 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add,all purpose flour and mango pulp and mix

  2. 2

    Now add milk little by little and mix it well

  3. 3

    Make a smooth thick batter.

  4. 4

    In a medium flame in pan add sugar and water bring to boil stir occasionally bring into one string consistency.

    Heat the clarified butter in a pan,reduce the flame to medium.

  6. 6

    Add one spoon batter and cook until golden brown and crispy

  7. 7

    Flip it

  8. 8

    Strain and soak the malpua into the sugar syrup.

  9. 9

    Mango malpua is ready to serve
